GENERAL CONDITIONS: –
1. Candidates who had applied for the posts of Assistant Secretary (Academics), Assistant
Secretary (Skill Education) and Assistant Secretary (Training) against the Advertisement
No. CBSE/Rectt. Cell/Advt/FA/01/2024 dated 08.03.2024 need not apply again as their
previous application shall be considered for the instant advertisement. However, those
candidates have to register themselves to fill up the basic details as prescribed in the
Online Application Portal for DRQ2026 and provide their previous Application Number. The
data with respect to these candidates shall be available in the application portal and the
same credentials may be used to access the portal and for download of Admit Cards, as
applicable.

2. The Board reserves the right to fill or not to fill or partially fill any of the above vacancies
due to administrative reasons and also reserves the right to cancel/ restrict / modify/ alter
the recruitment process, if required.
3. The Board shall reserve the right to shortlist the candidates based on merit, experience,
written and/or skill test, as the case may be.
4. The Board reserves the right to change/amend the examination scheme, if so required, any
time before the examination.
5. The Service conditions will be applicable as per the prevalent rules of CBSE Service
Rules, 1985 & its subsequent amendments and including Govt. of India rules from time to
time. Selected candidates, on appointment, are liable to be posted or subsequently
transferred anywhere in India in any of the offices of the Board, as these post(s) carried all
India transfer liability. The candidature of the candidate bringing outside influence for
seeking posting will be summarily cancelled.
6. The applicants must fulfil the essential requirements/qualifications of the post and other
conditions stipulated in the advertisement. They are advised to satisfy themselves before
applying that they possess the minimum essential qualifications laid down for various
posts. No enquiry seeking advice as to eligibility will be entertained.
Note: The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and mere possession of the
same does not entitle candidates to be called for MCQ/Written/Descriptive
Examination/Interview/Skill Test, as the case may be.
THE CANDIDATES SHOULD, THEREFORE, MENTION HIS/HER ALL QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE IN THE RELEVANT FIELD OVER AND ABOVE THE MINIMUM
QUALIFICATION.
7. There is no provision of re-evaluation/re-checking of OMR/answer sheets/answer scripts in
respect of examinations conducted by CBSE. No correspondence in this regard shall be
entertained.
8. The Board reserves the right to cancel/withdraw/delete any question/questions from the
question paper and the marks scored shall be prorated out of the maximum marks.

9. The number of vacancies for the post(s) included in this recruitment notification are
tentative and may increase or decrease as per administrative requirement.
10. The recruitment shall be in accordance with the recruitment rules notified by CBSE.
11. Qualification acquired by the candidates should be strictly in accordance with the notified /
prescribed qualifications only and necessary certificates should be produced at the time of
document verification/Selection as the case may be. All the educational qualifications
mentioned should be from a University/Institute/Board recognized by Government of
India/approved by the Government Regulatory bodies and the result should have been
declared on or before the last date for submitting the online Application Form i.e.
22.12.2025. Proper documents from Board/University for having declared the result on or
before the last date for submitting the online application form i.e. 22.12.2025 have to be
submitted as and when asked for. The date of passing the examination which is reckoned
for eligibility will be the date of passing mentioned on the mark sheet/provisional certificate.
12. Candidate(s) claiming experience has to produce Certificate(s) in the prescribed proforma
from the Head(s)/Authorised person of Organization(s)/Department(s) for the entire
experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month & year)
indicating the basic pay and consolidated pay. The certificate(s) should also mention the
nature of duties performed/experience obtained on the post(s) with duration(s). Experience
certificate should be issued in prescribed proforma for relevant post.
13. The cut-off date/crucial date for determining various eligibility criteria (Educational
Qualifications, age limit etc.) will be last date for receipt of online application i.e.
22.12.2025. Before applying, applicants must satisfy themselves about their eligibility as on
22.12.2025.
14. The Reservation policy of Govt. of India applicable for direct recruitment on All India basis
will be followed.
15. Candidates are required to apply through “Online” mode only for the post(s) as per the
advertisement/vacancy circular. The Application Form in any other mode will not be
entertained.
16. The Board reserves the right to fix criteria viz; screening test/qualification/experience etc.
to shortlist the candidates to be called for MCQ/written examination/interview/skill test due
to administrative reasons.
17. Verification of documents may be carried out by CBSE before issuance of offer of
appointment.
18. The candidate must have certificates of minimum required qualification at the time of
submission of application.
19. Candidates also note that their candidature will remain provisional, even after successful
completion of process, till the genuineness of the document related to Education,
Experience and Caste etc. are verified by the Issuing Authority.
20. At any stage of the recruitment process, including after recruitment or joining, if any of the
following is detected i.e. furnished wrong information, submitted fabricated/tempered
documents or has suppressed relevant information or uploaded non-human or irrelevant
photograph, said application will liable to be removed, disqualified, prosecuted and
debarred for future appointment in CBSE and his/her application/appointment will be
rejected forthwith.
21. If it is found at any stage that any candidate has furnished any false information/particulars
with regard to his/her qualification, category/caste and experience in the Application Form
or in any document and/or mispresented/suppressed any material information in the

application form, for securing appointment in the Board, his/her service will be terminated
forthwith at any stage in service i.e. during probation period or after confirmation of the
service in the Board, without assigning any reason thereof.
22. The candidates should submit only one application for a post. Multiple applications
submitted by a candidate against a specific post will not be considered for recruitment
process and shall summarily be rejected.
23. A candidate may apply for more than one post if he/she is eligible. In such cases, the
candidate will have to pay the requisite fee separately for each post as applicable.
24. Candidates must read carefully the instructions contained in the online application
format/vacancy circular/information bulletin on the website for filling up the Application
Form. Candidate not adhering with the instructions will liable to be summarily rejected.
25. CBSE will not permit to edit/modify/alter any information entered by the candidates after
completion of application process under any circumstances. Any request for change in
information after submission of information shall not be entertained. Therefore, candidates
are advised to exercise utmost caution before filling up correct details in the Application
Form.
26. In case any discrepancy or variation in the translated version of this advertisement in Hindi
in that case, the text provided in the English version shall be treated as final.
27. The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after
successful payment by the candidate. In case, the confirmation page is not generated after
payment of fee, the candidate may have to approach the concerned Bank/Payment
Gateway. CBSE shall not be responsible for any refund under these circumstances.
28. Candidates must ensure that their email address and mobile number to be registered in
their online Application Form are active & in use as relevant/important
information/communication will be sent on the registered e-mail address and/or through

SMS on registered mobile number only. CBSE shall not be responsible for any non-
communication/mis-communication with a candidate in the email address or mobile

number given by him/her.
29. In case, if email is not delivered due to wrong email id/ inbox is full/ other administrative
reasons, CBSE will not be responsible.
30. Candidate shall appear at his/her own cost at the Examination Centre on the date, shift
and time indicated on their Admit Card.
31. Candidates are advised to visit the website and also check their e-mail regularly for latest
updates. The Board will not provide any update to candidate by replying to their e-mail
regarding the conduct of examination separately.
32. Any candidate found to be misleading by providing inaccurate information will be debarred
from taking this recruitment examination and his/her candidature for any post will
automatically be treated as rejected.
33. The candidates will be called to participate in the selection process based on the
information provided by them online. The responsibility to ensure that they fulfil the
eligibility lies on the candidate only. Therefore, the candidates before applying for the posts
must ensure their eligibility for the post(s) applied for.
34. The list of shortlisted candidates for recruitment to all the posts included in this recruitment
notification will be displayed on the CBSE website. No separate correspondence will be
entertained in this regard.

35. CBSE may take up the verification of eligibility of the candidate at any point of time prior to
or after the completion of the selection process. Even if Admit Card is issued to a
candidate due to lack of information in the application form or otherwise and if it is found at
any stage (including the date of joining & thereafter) that the candidate is not eligible, then
his/ her candidature shall be summarily rejected.
36. Mere qualifying Stage-I/II/Skill Test will not confer any right of appointment unless the
Board is satisfied that the candidate is suitable in all aspects and fulfils the required
conditions/criteria of the recruitment & rules to the post(s).
37. The candidate’s response sheet and other related papers/documents of examination in
respect of this recruitment shall be kept as record for two months only from the date of
publication of result.
38. Selected candidates will initially be on probation as per the applicable rules, which can be
extended at the discretion of the Competent Authority. During the probation period,
services of probationer can be terminated at any time by giving 30 days or in lieu of one
month salary.
39. The application printout will required to be submitted at the time of document verification
along with the self-attested copies of certificates in support of Age, Qualification,
Experience, Caste, Non-Creamy Layer, Physical disability & Economically Weaker Section
(EWS), as applicable.
40. The name of the candidate and his/her father/mother/husband etc. should be spelt
correctly in the application as it appears in the Class-X marks sheet/certificate.
41. The e-Admit Card would be issued to the candidates through the CBSE website subject to
the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions and receipt of prescribed application fee.
42. Candidate may please note that Admit Cards will not be sent by post.
43. For any query the applicant should approach the Help Line Number 011-24050353 and
011-24050354 between 09:30 am to 05:30 pm on working days or email their query on
drq2026@cbseshiksha.in. The emails/queries sent on other email ids shall not be
entertained.
44. The candidates are advised to read the instructions given on the Admit Card carefully and
strictly follow them during the examination.
45. The requests for any correction in the particulars (name/photo/signature/category) shown
on admit card will not be entertained. However, in case of any other discrepancy related to
date of examination, details of examination centre/city etc., the candidate may immediately
approach the Help Line Number 011-24050353 and 011-24050354 between 09:30 am to
05:30 pm on working days or email his/her query on drq2026@cbseshiksha.in. All such
queries shall be entertained till the date specified on the CBSE website. The
emails/queries sent on other email ids shall not be entertained.
46. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.
47. Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition for future
reference.
48. No Admit Card shall be issued to the candidate whose Application is found to be
incomplete for any reasons (including indistinct/ doubtful photographs/ unsigned
Applications) or who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the examination.
49. Mere issuance of Admit Cards, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of
eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of selection process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

 

Candidates who have previously selected and issued offer letters in any of the previous recruitment exercises for Wealth Management & Premier Banking
(WBPM) but did not join the post, shall be debarred from applying for any post or vacancy for a period of two (2) years from the date of non-joining. This
provision shall be applicable to all candidates participating in the current and future recruitment processes.
b. Candidates who have previously been engaged on contract for the posts mentioned in this advertisement and have subsequently resigned from the Bank
shall be debarred from applying for any position or post mentioned in this advertisement for a period of two (2) years from the date of resignation.
c. Candidates who have previously been engaged on contract for the posts mentioned in this advertisement and have subsequently resigned from the Bank
and where caution notice has been issued, those candidates shall be barred from appearing from all our forthcoming recruitments.
d. The number of vacancies including reserved vacancies mentioned above are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank.
e. The educational qualification prescribed for various posts are the minimum. Candidate must possess the qualification and relevant full-time experience as on
specified dates.
f. Candidate belonging to reserved category including Person with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) for whom no reservation has been mentioned are free to apply for
vacancies announced for UR category provided they fulfil all the eligibility criteria applicable to UR category.

l. OBC category candidate should submit the OBC certificate on format prescribed by Govt. of India, having Non-Creamy Layer clause issued during the period, from
01.04.2025 to the date of interview, if called for. No request for extension of time for production of the Certificate beyond the said date shall be entertained and
candidature will be cancelled.
m. Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority on format prescribed by the Government of India will have to be submitted by the SC/ST/ OBC (Non-creamy layer)
candidates. Non-production of caste certificate in format prescribed by Govt. of India may lead to cancellation of candidature at any point of time.
n Reservation for Economically Weaker section (EWS) in recruitment is governed by Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dtd. 31.01.2019 of Department of
Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel (DoPT), Public grievances & Pensions, Government Of India. Disclaimer: EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to further
directives of Government of India and outcome of any litigation. The appointment is provisional and is subject to the Income & Asset certificate being through the proper
channel.
o. Benefit of Reservation under EWS category can be availed of only upon production of “Income and Asset Certificate” issued by the competent authority on the
format prescribed by Govt. of India for the relevant financial year as per the extant DoPT guidelines on or before the closure of online application date.
p. The EWS candidates should note that in case, they are not in possession of “Income & Asset Certificate” for the FY2024-25 as per the extant DoPT guidelines on or
before the closure of online application date, such candidates should apply under “UR Category” only.

q. The relevant experience certificate from the employer must contain specifically that the candidate has experience in that related field as required. Without
the production of proper experience certificate, Bank has right to cancel the candidature at any point of time.
r. Bank reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process entirely or for any particular post at any stage without specifying any reasons thereof.
s. The candidates who are working in State Bank Group/ Companies will have to produce “No objection certificate (NOC)” from their employer while applying for any
post(s)
t. Only those persons with benchmark disabilities would be eligible for reservation under PwBD category. “Benchmark disability” means a person with not less than 40%
of a specified disability where specified disability has not been defined in measurable terms and includes the persons with disability, where disability has been defined
in a measurable term, as certified by the certifying authority. Backlog vacancies reserved for PwBD would be filled by a person with benchmark disability in the respective
category. If no suitable person from that category is available, such backlog would be filled up by interchange among other eligible PwBD candidates subject to the
posts having been identified suitable for such disabilities.
u. Candidates are required to indicate three different Circles for three posts {VP Wealth (SRM), AVP Wealth (RM), Customer Relationship Executive} while
submitting the online application. Incase of any incorrect selection, such as repetition of a Circle, the Bank shall exercise its discretion to take an appropriate
decision, which shall be final and binding. No request for change of Circle preference will be entertained at any stage.
v. TRANSFER POLICY: The Bank reserves the right to transfer the services of such officers engaged on contract (OECs) to any of the offices of State Bank of India in
India or to depute to any of its associates/subsidiaries or any other organization depending upon the exigencies of service. Any request for posting/transfer to a
specific place/office may not be entertained.
w. MERIT LIST: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. in case more than one candidate score the
cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
x $$ How to ascertain experience (Both mandatory & preferred) / Verification of Work Experience:
The period of work experience will be reckoned based on the details furnished in the Biodata/Resume at the time of shortlisting and interview. Verification of the
documents evidencing experience shall be carried out at the time of Interview / joining through one or more ways of the following means:
i) Experience certificate issued by the employer; and/ or
ii) Annual performance appraisal letters; and / or
iii) Combination of appointment and relieving letters; and/ or
iv) Combination of offer letter and IT returns; or
v) Any other authentic documentary evidence substantiating the period of experience, subject to satisfactory background and reference checks.
vi) Teaching and training experience will not be counted for eligibility.

GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENT OF FEES.

i. Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is 750/- (
Seven Hundred Fifty only) for UR/EWS/OBC candidates and no
fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
ii. After ensuring correctness of the particulars in the application form,
candidates are required to pay the fees through payment gateway integrated
with the application. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed
thereafter.
iii. Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available
thereat. The payment can be made by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet
Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction
charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
iv. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form,
bearing the date of submission by the candidate, will be generated which
should be printed and retained by the candidate.
v. If the online payment of fee is not successfully completed in first instance,
please make fresh attempts to make online payment.
vi. A provision is there to reprint the e-Receipt and Application form containing
fee details, at later stage.
vii. Application Fee once paid will NOT be refunded on any account NOR can
it be adjusted for any other examination or selection in future.

IMPORTANT NOTES
A. Qualification criteria:
1. The candidate should have already passed the prescribed qualification as on date of reckoning eligibility criteria.
Candidates whose result of the qualifying examination is awaited as on date of reckoning eligibility criteria are not
eligible to apply.
2. The prescribed qualification for Class XII / Graduate / Diploma holders should be from a recognized Board/
University/Institute as a regular full time course in the relevanttrade/discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for
SC/ST and PwBD category candidates for the seats reserved for them) in aggregate.
Wherever CGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade is awarded in the Class XII/ ITI (Fitter)/Degree/Diploma examinations, its
equivalent aggregate percentage of marks must be indicated in the On-line Application as per the norms adopted by
Board/University/Institute. Candidates will have to furnish certificate from the concerned University/Institute regarding
the equivalent aggregate percentage of marks with reference to their CGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade at the time of
document verification failing which their candidature will not be considered.
3. For ITI qualification in the relevant trade, eligibility shall be pass marks. Only regular full time ITI course recognised
by NCVET/SCVT shall be considered.
4. Diploma / Graduation/ ITI in Branch / Subjects as specified against respective Trade/ Discipline above will ONLY be
considered as eligible qualification. Diploma / Graduation/ ITI in other than specified Branch / Subjects shall not be
considered.
5. No Claim of possession of a qualification equivalent to a prescribed qualification shall be entertained.
6. Under Code 110, “Fresher apprentice” will be considered. “Fresher apprentice” means a non-graduate apprentice,
who has not undergone any institutional training or skill training, before taking up on-the-job training or practical
training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
7. Under Code 111, Skill Certificate Holders will be considered. Candidates applying against Code 111 with Skill
Certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ should possess skill certificate for training of less than one year issued
by an awarding body recognised under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognised
by the Central Govt. in this regard.
8. Candidates possessing Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade / discipline under recognized lateral entry scheme (Class–
XII (Sc.)/ ITI admitted in 2nd year of Diploma course) shall also be considered eligible subject to meeting prescribed
percentage of marks on the basis of aggregate of all semesters in the diploma course.
9. Candidates holding a qualification acquired through part-time/correspondence/distance education mode are not
eligible.

10. Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as BE/B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, MCA or any such
equivalent qualification or pursuing higher qualification and having completed the same on or before joining
apprenticeship training, shall not be eligible. A declaration from the candidate in this regard shall be obtained at the
time of engagement.
11. Candidates who have completed Apprenticeship Training earlier under the Apprentices Act in a trade/discipline other
than trade/discipline applied for are eligible for engagement as Apprentices, provided that
a) There shall be minimum one year gap as on date of reckoning eligibility criteria from the date of completion of
previous apprenticeship training.
b) Candidates whose previous apprenticeship training contract has been terminated due to failure on the part of the
employer shall be eligible for engagement as Apprentices, and in such cases no gap shall be required.
c) Candidates whose previous apprenticeship training contract has been terminated by the candidates due to
health or financial hardship or relocation, transportation or career changes or language barrier shall be eligible
for engagement as Apprentices, provided there shall be minimum three-month gap as on date of reckoning
eligibility criteria from the date of termination of previous Apprenticeship training. There shall be no waiting
period for women.
d) In case of selection, Such candidates applying for apprenticeship opportunity for second time shall be required
to submit an Affidavit confirming compliance with all eligibility conditions prescribed for undergoing
apprenticeship as per the prescribed format at the time of document verification, (Annexure –A).
Suitable declaration/ submissions are to be made by candidates in the Step II of clause M(4) while submitting their
online application on iocl website www.iocrefrecruit.in
12. Preference shall be accorded to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time. Candidates already
having completed apprenticeship training earlier under Apprentices Act, as amended from time to time, can also apply
in a different trade/discipline with stipulation that in case of non-availability of candidates applying to undertake
apprenticeship training for the first-time, the requirement shall be filled through these candidates who are willing to
undertake apprenticeship training for second-time.
13. Candidates whose previous apprenticeship training contract has been terminated due to failure on the part of the
apprentice to carry out the terms of contract, shall not be eligible for engagement as Apprentices.
14. Engineering Graduate or Diploma Holder or Vocational Certificate holder Candidates having job experience for a
period of one year or more after the attainment of the qualification shall not be eligible to be engaged as Apprentice.
15. Candidates who have completed five years after acquiring the prescribed qualification as on date of reckoning
eligibility criteria shall also not be eligible for engagement as Apprentices.
16. A candidate with B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) will be allowed to apply for only
one Trade/Discipline (either for code 101 or 108). A candidate with B.Com will be allowed to apply for one
Trade/Discipline (either for code 108 or 109).
17. Candidates applying for more than one Trade/Discipline will not be considered and their applications will be
summarily rejected.
18. In case the date of declaration of result is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet, the candidate shall be required to submit
a certificate mentioning the date of publication of result from the Principal of the School/Polytechnic/
College/Institute from where the candidate pursued his/her Class XII/ITI(Fitter)/Graduation/Diploma course, at the
time of Document Verification.
19. The disciplines/trades notified above involve undertaking training in operations& maintenance activities in plant area.
Petroleum Refining is considered as complex and hazardous process and as such Persons with Benchmark Disabilities
with the prescribed qualification may be engaged only against the identified seats/numbers in select disciplines, as
indicated above. PwBDs are required to submit a certificate issued by an authority prescribed under Section 2(e) of the
Rightsof PersonswithDisabilitiesAct2016 readwithRule 18ofRulesmade thereunder,failing which their candidature
as PwBD candidate, will not be considered.
B. Age Limit:
1. Minimum 18 years and maximum age shall be 24 years as on 30-11-2025 for General/EWS candidates. Relaxation
of upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD candidates shall be extended as per Govt. guidelines.
2. Marksheet/Certificate issued by Board of Secondary Education for passing Matriculation (Class X) Examination shall
be the only acceptable document in support of age.
C. Reservation, Concessions & relaxations to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)
1. Reservation for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD & EWS categories will be in terms of numbers
indicated above

2. However, if the prescribed number of persons belonging either to the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribes are not
available as per Selection criteria and other criteria/parameters, the seats reserved in any trade for them may be
filled by persons belonging to the Scheduled Tribes or as the case may be to the Scheduled Caste on the basis of
position in the merit list based on marks obtained in the prescribed qualification, meeting the notified eligibility
criteria and documents found in order upon verification etc. If the reserved seats cannot be filled even in the above
given manner, seats so lying unfilled may be filled first by persons belonging to Other Backward Classes on the basis
of position in the merit list based on marks obtained in the prescribed qualification, meeting the notified eligibility
criteria and documents found in order upon verification etc. Seats still remaining unfilled will be filled by candidates
belonging to unreserved category on the basis of position in the merit list based on marks obtained in the prescribed
qualification, meeting the notified eligibility criteria and documents found in order upon verification etc.
Similarly, if seats reserved in any trade for the Other Backward Classes cannot be filled from the Other Backward
Classes, then the seats so lying unfilled may be filled by persons belonging to the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribes
on the basis of position in the merit list based on marks obtained in the prescribed qualification, meeting the notified
eligibility criteria and documents found in order upon verification etc. Seats still remaining unfilled will be filled by
candidates belonging to unreserved category on the basis of position in the merit list based on marks obtained in the

Similarly, if seats reserved in any trade for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) cannot be filled from the
Economically Weaker Section (EWS), then the seats so lying unfilled may be filled by persons belonging to
unreserved category on the basis of position in the merit list based on marks obtained in the prescribed qualification,
meeting the notified eligibility criteria and documents found in order upon verification etc.
Similarly, if seats reserved in any trade for the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) cannot be filled from the
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), then the seats so lying unfilled may be filled by persons having
minimum standards of physical fitness specified in Rules on the basis of position in the merit list based on marks
obtained in the prescribed qualification, meeting the notified eligibility criteria and documents found in order upon
verification etc.
3. Relaxation in upper age upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates considered against
reserved positions will be allowed.
4. Relaxation in upper age upto 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates will be allowed
irrespective of reservation of seats for them. Further, upper age relaxation of 5 years to PwBD candidates belonging
to SC/ST category and 3 years to PwBD-OBC(NCL) candidates will be allowed for reserved positions for respective
SC/ST/OBC(NCL).
5. A PwBD candidate availing of only age relaxation (no relaxation in eligibility qualification marks) shall be considered
against unreserved seat in order of merit in the select list before being considered against a reserved seat.
6. Reservation for PwBD categories to be engaged as Apprentices shall be in consistence with Section 34(1) of the
Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
7. Reservation in PwBD category will be extended on horizontal basis, against notified numbers of seats in identified
Trade/Disciplines.
8. Minimum prescribed qualification marks will be relaxed by 5% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories
considered against reserved positions.
9. A person with a specified disability listed in the Schedule appended to the Act but not covered under Section 34(1), if
certified by a certifying officer as a person with disability of 40% or above, shall be allowed concessions/ relaxations
available to PwBDs. They shall be declared successful, if selected on merit against unreserved seats. Their
candidature will not be considered/adjusted against reservation provided to PwBDs under Section 34(1) of the Act of
2016.
10. For claiming the benefit of OBC category, candidates belonging to OBC category as per Govt. of India guidelines,
should submit caste certificate in the proforma prescribed by Govt. of India, which would, among others specifically
mention that the candidate does not belong to the persons/sections (creamy layer) as mentioned in column 3 of the
schedule to the Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India OM No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08-
09-1993, OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt.(Res.) dated 30.05.2014 and OM No. 36033/1/2013-Estt.(Res.) dated 13- 09-
2017. The non-creamy layer status should be valid as on cut-off date of reckoning eligibility criteria i.e.
30-11-2025.
11. Candidates belonging to OBC category but falling in creamy layer are not entitled to OBC reservation benefits.
Accordingly, such candidates may choose to apply for the positions provided they meet the age criteria applicable to
UR candidates and indicate their category as “UR (Unreserved)”.

12. Candidates belonging to EWS category are required to submit an Income & Asset Certificate issued by Competent
Authority prescribed under Point No.5 of the Department of Personnel & Training’s O.M. No.36039/1/2019-Estt
(Res) dated 31.01.2019. If the candidates are not able to submit the Income & Asset Certificate at the time of
Document Verification, undertaking in this regard must be furnished. Format of Income and Asset certificate/
Declaration can be downloaded from the website www.iocl.com / www.iocrefrecruit.in.
13. SC/ST/PwBD candidates appearing for Document Verification will be reimbursed single second class railway fare
from the nearest railway station of the mailing address to the place of Document Verification and back by the shortest
route on production of ticket, provided the distance is not less than 30 KMs.

 

Document verification:
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their position in the merit list and subject to number of seats in respective
Trades/Disciplines, shall be called for Document Verification. The following original documents along with a self- attested
copy should be furnished at the time of Document Verification:
1. 10th Pass/Matriculation certificate issued by the concerned education board as proof of date of birth.
2. Class XII marksheet issued by the concerned education board; Semester-wise/ year-wise mark sheets of ITI
(Fitter) issued by NCVET or SCVT/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering
3. Class XII/Final ITI (Fitter) issued by NCVET or SCVT/Graduation/Diploma Certificate issued by respective Board/
Authority.
4. Conversion certificate from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage of marks, if applicable, from concerned
University/Institute.
5. Certificate mentioning the date of publication of result from the Principal of the Polytechnic/ School/College/
Institute from where the candidate pursued his/her Class XII/ITI (Fitter)/ Graduation/ Diploma course, if applicable.
Certificate from the Principal of the Polytechnic/ School/College/ Institute from where the candidate pursued
his/her Class XII/ITI (Fitter)/ Graduation/ Diploma course must also mention that course was completed by
candidate through Regular Full-time mode and regarding his/her good conduct.
6. SC/ ST/ Disability Certificate / OBC (NCL) Certificate along with “Declaration” / EWS-Income & Asset Certificate/
“DECLARATION for ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTIONS Candidates”. Certificate must be in the prescribed format
(available on websites www.iocl.com / www.iocrefrecruit.in) and issued by the Competent Authority.
7. For Candidates applying against Code 111 with Skill Certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ – Skill certificate
issued by an awarding body recognised under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority
recognised by the Central Govt. in this regard.
8. Print of NATS/ NAPS portal registration with applicant details.
9. Affidavit confirming compliance with all eligibility conditions prescribed for undergoing apprenticeship as per the
standard template uploaded, (Annexure – A)
10. Any other Certificate/document, as specified

H. Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness:
1. Candidates selected as apprentices will have to fulfil the minimum physical fitness standard / parameters as specified
in the Apprentices Act and amendments/modifications issued from time to time.
2. Candidates are advised to go through the ‘Guidelines and Criteria for pre-engagement medical examinations’ and
satisfy themselves of meeting the fitness criteria. The guidelines in this regard are available on the website

3. Medical examination of PwBD candidates shall be with due consideration to the provisions of Rights of Persons with
Disabilities Act, 2016.

PROCEDURE FOR FILLING IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
The process of filling in the Online Application Form for the Examination consists of the
following two parts:
I. One-Time Registration
II. Filling in the Online Application Form for the Examination
Part-I (One-Time Registration)
1. Please read the instructions given in the Notice of Examination carefully before filling
up the online ‘One-time Registration Form’ and “Online Application Form”.
2. The candidates are advised to opt for Aadhaar Based Authentication, in terms of the
Aadhaar Policy as published on the website of the Commission, while completing their
OTR process. The Online Application Form of the Candidates who opt for Aadhaar
Authentication will not be rejected on the ground that the photograph and/or signature
uploaded by the candidate are not as per the prescribed standards. Such candidates will
not be required to produce recent colour photographs, original valid Photo-Identity
proof for admission to the Examination Venue at the time of the Computer Based
Examination.
3. Aadhaar Based Authentication has been implemented for this Examination. All
candidates have the option to authenticate themselves using their Aadhaar Number at
the time of One Time Registration (OTR), while filling in the Online Application Form
for the Examination. Candidates who do not want to authenticate themselves through
the Aadhaar Based system are required to upload the prescribed documents for
completing their One Time Registration (OTR).
4. Before proceeding with One-time Registration, keep the following information/
documents ready:
a. Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
b. Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
c. Aadhaar Number. If an Aadhaar Number is not available, please give one of the
following ID Numbers. (You will be required to show the original document at
a later stage):
i. Voter ID Card
ii. PAN
iii. Passport
iv. Driving License
v. School/ College ID
vi. Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private)
d. Information about the Board, Roll Number and Year of Passing of the
Matriculation (10th) Examination.
e. Disability Certificate Number, if you are a person with a benchmark disability.
5. For One-time Registration, click on the ‘Register Now’ link provided in the ‘Login or
Register’ Section on the new website of the Commission i.e., https://ssc.gov.in.’
6. The One-time Registration process requires filling up of following information:
a. Personal details
b. Password Creation

c. Additional Details
d. Declaration.

 

7. For filling up the ‘One-Time Registration Form’, please follow the following steps:
a. Few critical details (e.g., Aadhaar Number, name, father’s name, mother’s
name, date of birth, etc.) are required to be entered twice, in the relevant
columns of the Registration Form, for verification purposes and to avoid any
mistakes. If there is a mismatch between the original and verified data columns,
an indication will be given in red text.
b. S. No. 1, provide information about the Aadhaar Number. If you don’t have
Aadhaar Number you are required to upload the following documents:
(i) For Proof of Name viz. Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License,
Govt. Identity Card, Govt. Service Identity Card, Pension document
(ii) For Proof of Date of Birth viz. Birth Certificate, School Leaving
Certificate, Certificate of Date of Birth issued by a Gazetted Officer,
(iii) For Proof of Address viz. Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Bank
Statement with attested photograph of the applicant, Rent Agreement,
Income Tax Assessment Order.
(iv) Photograph.
(v) For Proof of Gender viz. Voter ID Card, Birth Certificate, School
Leaving Certificate.
c. S. No. 2: Fill in your name exactly as given in the Matriculation (10th Class)
Certificate.
d. S. No. 3: In case, you have made any changes in your name after matriculation,
indicate the same at S No-3a to 3b.
e. S. No. 4: Indicate Your Gender (Male/ Female).
f. S. No.5: Fill in your date of birth exactly as given in the Matriculation (10th
Class) Certificate.

be sent on this mobile number only. Your mobile number will also be used for
retrieval of password/ Registration Number if required.
l. S. No. 13: Your Email ID. This must be a working Email ID as it will be verified
through OTP. It may also be noted that any information which the Commission
may like to communicate with you, will be sent on this Email ID only. Your
Email ID will also be used for retrieval of password/ Registration Number if
required.
m. When the Basic Details provided at S. No.1 to 13 are saved, you will be required to confirm your mobile number and email ID. On confirmation, your data will
be saved and your Registration Number will be displayed on the screen. Your
Registration Number and Password will be provided to you on your mobile
number and email ID.
n. You have to complete the Registration Process within 14 days failing which
your Registration Details saved so far will be deleted.
o. Login using your Registration Number as username and auto-generated
password provided to you on your mobile and email.

A. Application Registration
1. Candidates to go to the Parbhani District Central Co-operative Banks website
www.parbhanidccbank.com click on the option & “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
2. To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact
details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system
and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and
Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be
sent.
3. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the
data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application
candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online
application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the
application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior
to final submission.
4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application
themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION
BUTTON.
5. The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the

B. PAYMENT OF FEES

2. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards,
Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
3. After submitting your payment information in the online application form, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE
INTIMATION FROM THE SERVER. DO NOT PRESS BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON IN ORDER TO AVOID
DOUBLE CHARGE
4. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated.
5. Non-generation of ‘E-Receipt’ indicates PAYMENT FAILURE. On failure of payment, Candidates are
advised to login again using their Provisional Registration Number and Password and repeat the
process of payment.
6. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form containing
fee details . Please note that if the same cannot be generated, online transaction may not have been
successful.
7. For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card,

C. Guidelines for scanning and Upload of Documents
Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her
photograph, signature, left thumb impression and the hand written declaration as per the
specifications given below.

* Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
* Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white,
background.
* Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
* If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the
shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
* If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye"
* If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly

* Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must

Download of Call letters for On-line written test and interview.
 Candidates will have to visit the PDCC Bank’s website www.parbhanidccbank.com for
downloading call letters for On-line written test. Intimation for downloading call letter will
also be sent through email / SMS. Once the candidate clicks the relevant link, he / she can
access the window for call letter download. The candidate is required to use (i) Registration
Number/Roll Number, (ii) Password/Date of Birth for downloading the call letter.
 Candidate needs to affix recent recognizable photograph on the call letter preferably the
same as provided during registration and appear at the examination Centre with (i)
Call Letter (ii) Photo Identity Proof Photocopy of the same Photo Identity Proof may be
brought in original.
Identity verification
In the examination hall as well as at the time of interview, the call letter along with original and a
photocopy of the candidate’s currently valid photo identity such as E-Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/
Passport/Permanent Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo
identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer on official letterhead/ Photo identity proof issued by a
People’s Representative on official letterhead/ valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized
College/ University/ Aadhar /E-Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity
Card with photograph should be submitted to the invigilator for verification. The candidate’s identity
will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter, in the Attendance List and requisite

Note:
Candidates have to produce in original the photo identity proof and submit photocopy of the photo
identity proof along with On-line Examination call letter as well as the Interview Call Letter while
attending the examination / interview respectively, without which they will not be allowed to take
up the examination / interview. Candidates must note that the name as appearing on the call letter
(provided during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the
photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first / last / middle name post marriage
must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Call
Letter and Photo Identity Proof the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination. In

Candidates can apply for CTET–FEBRUARY, 2026 “ONLINE” through CTET website
https://ctet.nic.in w.e.f. 27.11.2025 to 18.12.2025 (Before 11:59 PM)
1. The candidate applying for CTET is required:-
i) To go through the Information Bulletin carefully with the entire requirement therein.
ii) To satisfy eligibility to appear in the examination.
iii) To submit online application by giving full particulars by accessing the CTET official website
https://ctet.nic.in.
iv) To write complete mailing address with Postal PIN Code at the time of applying.
v) Before submission of application form, decide the mode of payment of fee.
vi) To keep the Confirmation Page along.
vii) If a candidate submits online more than one application, his/her candidature shall be
liable to be cancelled and the candidate may also be debarred for future examination(s).
No communication will be sent in this regard.
Method of Submission of Online Application Form:
STEP 1: Log on to CTET official web site https://ctet.nic.in
STEP 2: Go to the link “Apply Online” and open the same.
STEP 3: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.
STEP 4: Upload latest Scanned Photograph and Signature
STEP 5: Pay Examination Fee by debit/credit card and net banking.
STEP 6: Print Confirmation page for record and future reference.
2. Registration Procedure:
(a) Authentication Form: Fill details like State, Identification type (select any Identity as
applicable), Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth and Gender.
(b) Fill Online Application Form: Fill complete online Application Form and choose password.
After submission, a Registration Number/Application Number gets generated. Note down the
Registration No./Application No. For subsequent login, system generated Registration No.
/Application No. and chosen Password will be used.
 Password Policy will be as follows:
1. Password must be 8 to13 characters long.
2. Password must have at least one Upper case, one lower case alphabet and one numeric
value and at least one special characters!@#$%^&*-
3. Candidate can change the passwords after login, if desired. New Password cannot be
identical to any of the previous three passwords.
 Candidate is advised not to disclose or share the password with anybody. Neither CTET nor
NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
 Candidate should log out at the end of their session so that the contents of the application
cannot be tampered by unauthorized persons.
(c) Online Uploading of Scanned Images:
 Uploading of scanned Photo and Signature are mandatory.
 Upload scanned photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format.
 Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 to 100 KB
 Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
 Size of scanned signature should be between 3 KB to 30 KB.
 Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (height).
The candidates are advised to keep the scanned images of latest photograph and signature of
the candidates ready in JPEG/JPG format and as per the size and dimension specified, before
applying online.
The scanned image of latest photograph is required to upload to avoid the inconvenience at
centre, as this photograph will be matched with the actual candidate appearing in the
examination.

3. The candidate should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be personally
responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria.
4. Candidate should enter his/her particulars, i.e., Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date
of Birth as per Class Xth Certificate. Please note that no request for any change in particular
will be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for online correction is
over.
5. “ONLINE”APPLICATION SUBMISSIONCandidates can apply “ONLINE‟ through CTET website https://ctet.nic.in.The candidate should supply
all details while filling the Online Form and upload their scanned images of latest photograph &
signature. After successful submission of data and requisite fee, candidates are required to take
printout of Confirmation Page.
6. Correction/ Updation in Details:
The candidate’s particulars cannot be changed/ edited once the examination fee has been submitted.
However the facility of corrections in the particulars (except city of examination) may be made
available on the portal during the specified period which will be notified on the website of CTET.
The Board will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non-acceptance of any
correction/addition/deletion in any particular once filled in the Application Form whatsoever
the reasons may be.
The candidates shall be permitted to make online correction in their following particulars i.e. name,
father and mother name, date of birth, category, differently abled category, Paper opted (i.e. Paper I
or Paper II subject to availability of capacity in particular city), Subject for Paper II, language I and/or II
opted, Address of correspondence and the name of the Institution/College/University from where
he/she has obtained his/her B. Ed. Degree/Diploma in Elementary Education etc.
This facility of correction will be provided only once. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded or
adjusted for future test under any circumstances.
No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc.
No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Please note that no request for any
change in particular will be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for
online correction is over.

VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY
It is to be noted that if a candidate has been allowed to appear in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, it
does not imply that the candidate’s eligibility has been verified. It does not vest any right with the
candidate for appointment. The eligibility shall be finally verified, by the concerned recruiting
agency/appointing authority. The candidate should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be
personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria.
17. FURNISHING OF FALSE, WRONG OR INACCURATE INFORMATION
Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation of the Test result,
forfeiture of the certificate and even prosecution in appropriate cases.
18. RE-CHECKING/RE-EVALUATION
There shall be no re-evaluation/re-checking of result. No correspondence in this regard shall be
entertained.
19. AMANUENSIS
The facility of Scribe/Reader/Lab Assistant should be allowed to any person with benchmark
disability as defined under section 2(r) of the RPWD Act 2016 and has limitation in writing
including that of speed if so desired by him/her.
In case of persons with benchmark disabilities in the category of blindness, locomotor disability
(both arm affected-BA) and cerebral palsy, the facility of scribe/ reader/ lab assistant shall be
given. if so desired by the person.
In case of other category of persons with benchmark disabilities, the provision of
scribe/reader/lab assistant can be allowed on production of a certificate to the effect that the
person concerned has physical limitation to write, and scribe is essential to write examination
on his behalf, from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a
Government health care institution as per proforma at APPENDIX-V.
In case the examining body provides the scribe/reader/lab assistant, it shall be ensured that
qualification of the scribe should not be more than the minimum qualification criteria of the
examination. However, the qualification of the scribe/reader should always be matriculate or
above.
In case the candidate is allowed to bring his own scribe, the qualification of the scribe should be
one step below the qualification of the candidate taking examination. The persons with
benchmark disabilities opting for own scribe/reader should submit details of the own scribe as
per proforma at APPENDIX-VI
Further, the following instructions are applicable regarding differently-abled candidates during
the conduct of CTET Examination:-
1. The differently abled candidates may be given compensatory time of 50 minutes in each paper of
CTET Examination.
2. Proper seating arrangement, preferably at ground floor, would be made prior to the
commencement of Examination to avoid confusion.
3. There will be separate Question Paper in large font for Visually Impaired candidates.
4. The differently-abled candidates should bring with themselves the disability certificate on proper
format issued by the Competent Authority and it should be produced at the examination centre to
avail above relaxation(s).
20. CERTIFICATE AND MARK SHEET
CBSE will provide Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) mark-sheets to all candidates and eligibility
certificates to successful candidates in Digital Format in their DigiLocker account. The mark sheets and
eligibility certificates will be digitally signed and will be legally valid as per the IT Act. The mark sheets
and eligibility certificates will also contain an encrypted QR Code to enhance security. The QR code
can be scanned and verified using the DigiLocker mobile app. The DigiLocker accounts of the all
present candidates will be created and the account credentials will be conveyed to the candidates on
their mobile numbers registered with CBSE. The candidates will be able to download their digital mark
sheet and eligibility certificates using the communicated credentials.

21. WEEDING OUT RULES
The records of Central Teacher Eligibility Test including OMR Answer Sheet is preserved only upto
Two months from the date of declaration of result in accordance with CBSE Examination Weeding out
rules. Thereafter it will be disposed of as per weeding out rules of the Board.
22. DISPLAY OF SCANNED COPY OF OMR ANSWER SHEET/ANSWER KEY
The OMR answer sheet and the Answer Keys of CTET examination will be displayed on official website
of CTET for which a public notice will be issued on the website https://ctet.nic.in. The candidates may
download the same in the stipulated time as notified in the Public Notice. The Answer Keys are likely to
be displayed for two to three days to provide an opportunity to the candidates to challenge the
answer(s) with a non-refundable prescribed fee of Rs.1000/- per question as processing charges, in
case they are not satisfied with any of the answer(s). Only paid challenges made during stipulated time
will be considered. Challenges without payment of fee and those submitted on any other medium (viz.
email/letter/representation) will not be considered. The Board’s decision on the challenges shall be final
and no further communication will be entertained. The Board will not inform the Candidates individually
about their challenges. The subject experts will examine all the challenges received and then the final
answer keys will be prepared by them. The result will be declared according to the final answer keys. In
case challenge on answer key(s) is accepted by the subject expert(s), the amount will be refunded to
concerned candidate after declaration of result.
After declaration of result, the candidates may seek photocopy of their OMR answer sheet of CTET
along with calculation sheet by paying fee of Rs.500/- per OMR, by way of Demand Draft in favour of
Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any Nationalized Bank and payable at
Delhi.
No grievance with regard to answer key(s) after declaration of result of CTET-FEBRUARY,
2026 will be entertained.
23. LEGAL JURISDICTION
All disputes pertaining to the conduct of CTET shall fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi only. The
Secretary, CBSE shall be the legal person in whose name the Board may sue or may be sued

b) The fee charged from the candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD category during online application would be later refunded upon their
participation in the further selection process of written exam / interview (as applicable). The refund amount will be made to such candidates
only by way of crediting the amount to the source account / debit card / credit card etc., from which such candidate had paid the fee, duly

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Notified Training slots are subject to change i.e. increase or decrease as per the
administration
requirement.
Merely Registering/filling up online application on RRC website does not entitle the
candidate eligible for selection process.
Railway Administration reserves the rights to engage eligible candidates.
The decision of Railway Administration on all matters relating to eligibility, place, date,
mode of selection, acceptance or rejection etc. shall be final and binding on the
candidates.The candidature of the applicants shall be liable to be rejected at any stage of
selection/engagement process in case of concealment of any fact, that is in contravention
to the above laid down conditions. The decision of the Railway Administration shall be
final and binding on the candidates.
No TA/DA/Accommodation will be given for appearing in the process. Applicant has to
make their own arrangements. The Railway Administration reserves the right to fix any
date, as deemed suitable, change place or postpone (at its own convenience), or even
cancel the process due to unforeseen circumstances against which no claim will be

accepted. No request for change of date & venue will be entertained at any stage.
Candidates should bring all documents uploaded with ONLINE Application Form in Original
along with one set of
self-attested photo copies i.e. (DOB certificate, Matriculation or
Equivalent Certificate & Marks Sheet, ITI Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT with Mark
Sheet, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate, Ex-SM Discharge or Dependent Certificate,
Medical fit certificate etc.) on the day of Document Verification at the given Place and
Time on E-Admit Card to be downloaded from RRC website, without which candidature
will be cancelled. Certificates in Languages other than English or Hindi should be
accompanied by a self-attested translation in English/Hindi.
If it is noticed by the Railway Administration that applicant has furnished wrong
information/fake certificates, the Railway Administration reserve the right to discharge
the candidate/selected candidate at any stage without notice even after his selection to
undergo training.
Candidate’s admission at all stages of the process will be purely provisional subject to
satisfying the prescribed
eligibility condition.
No candidate should attempt impersonation or take the help of any impersonator at any
stage of the selection process. Such candidates will be debarred for life from appearing in
all RRB/RRC examinations or any other appointment in Railways. In addition, legal action
may be taken against the candidate.
Any material suppression of facts or submitting of forged certificates/caste certificate by a
candidate for securing eligibility and/or obtaining privileges, including fee exemption for
appearing in the selection trial shall lead to rejection of his/her candidature for the
particular recruitment for which he/she has applied. Further, he/she will also be debarred
from all examinations conducted by all RRB/RRC over the Indian Railway and legal action
may be initiated, if warranted.
Candidates who have been debarred for lifetime form all RRB/RRC examinations or
candidates who have been debarred for a
specified period which is not yet completed
need not apply in response to this employment notice. Their candidature will be
rejected
during any stage of recruitment as and when detected.
Any subsequent changes in the terms and conditions of the Notice as per extant rules will
stand good. RRC reserves the right to consider/incorporate any subsequent
changes/modification/additions/cancellation in the terms & conditions to recruitment

RRC reserves the right to reject the candidature of any applicant at any stage of the

The number of training slots shown in this Notification are provisional and the same are
liable to increase or decrease depending upon the actual need of the administration at the
time of finalization of selection and is inclusive of PWD & Ex-SM slots.
When the prescribed number of persons belonging either to the scheduled castes or
scheduled tribes are not available, the training slots reserved for them may be filled by
persons belonging to scheduled Tribes (in case of non availability of prescribed number of
persons belonging to scheduled castes) or scheduled Castes (in case of non availability of
prescribed number of persons belonging to scheduled Tribes), as the case may be. In a
scenario, where even after following this process training slots reserved for scheduled
castes/scheduled tribes remain unfilled, the same may be filled up by persons not
belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes. In Similar fashion, seats remaining
unfilled due to non availability of prescribed number of OBC candidates, such seats may be
filled up by persons not belonging to OBC.
An Ex-servicemen candidate selected under the reservation provided for them is to be
placed in the appropriate category viz. UR/SC/ST/OBC to which he belongs. Ex-servicemen,
their children and children of Armed Force personnel will be engaged for Apprenticeship

Person with Disability (PwBD) who want to avail the benefit of reservation must produce a
disability certificate issued by a competent authority i.e. Medical Board duly constituted
by the Central or State Government including one specialist in the particular field for
assessing disability. PwBD candidates will be considered for training if his/her disability is
suitable for the trade notified and applied according to the Act Apprentice Rules as
applicable in
Railway.
Accordingly, it is advised that such candidates, while
applying must
ensure that they are applying against training slots notified for disability which matches
with candidates disability,

 

 

Calculation of Marks
For the purpose of calculation of percentage of marks of Matriculation/SSC/10th of the
candidates from Boards where grading system Is applicable, RRC will take midpoint of
range of grades obtained by the candidates. After obtaining midpoints of all the
attempted subjects according to grades awarded, average will be calculated treating each
subject is out of 100 marks, as there is no standard method or multiplying factor for
calculation of average of matriculation for such Boards.
CGPA/ Grade obtained by the applicants should be converted to actual marks and duly
entered by the applicant in the online application. Please note that the final score should
be calculated by adding the marks of all subjects not of any group of subjects.
Further on few board certificates where marks obtained and total out of marks are not
calculated in that case marks obtained in all the subjects as mentioned on the certificates
will be taken in to the consideration for deciding the merit.
For the purpose of calculation of percentage of ITI marks, average marks mentioned in
consolidated statement of marks for all semesters of the trade applied i.e. Marks
mentioned in the Provisional national Trade certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT, which is to
be duly entered by the application will only be reckoned.

MEDICAL FITNESS & PHYSICAL STANDARS:
A person shall be ELIGIBLE for being trained under the Apprentices Act 1961 and
Apprenticeship Rules 1992 as amended from time to time, if he/she satisfies the minimum
standards of physical fitness as prescribed in the aforesaid Act and Rules and the
standards prescribed for imparting training to the relevant trades. The candidates are
advised to bring medical certificate at the time of Document Verification in the prescribed
format as per Apprentice Act 1961 and Para 4 of Apprentice Rules 1992 (As amended from
time to time). The medical certificate should be signed by Govt. authorized doctor (GAZ),
not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon of Central/State Hospital.

12. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:-

a) The crucial date for determining the age limit, educational qualifications,
certificates/testimonials, etc., shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from the
candidates, i.e.14.12.2025.
b) At some centres, no vacancies are reserved for OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates, as per
rules/roster. At these centres, the OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates will be treated as UR
candidate and age criteria of UR category will be applicable for them.
c) Caste certificates would be accepted as per the govt’s instructions in vogue.
d) The date of birth as well as the name of the applicant will invariably be taken from the
matriculation certificate issued by a recognized board. No other proof of date of birth and
name shall be accepted.
e) Certificates in support of qualifications must have been obtained on or before the closing date
from recognized Institution/University/Board.
f) Those candidates, who are yet to get their matriculation certificate, if called for interview,
would be required to submit a proof of passing the matriculation on or before the closing
date. Such proof would not be entertained if issued after the closing date on ground of late
conduct of Exam, delay in declaration of result or any other ground whatsoever.
g) Candidates must ensure before applying for the post that he/she is eligible for the post in
terms of age, educational qualification and category etc. as laid down in this advertisement. If
the information furnished by the candidate at the time of applying for the post is found to be
incorrect at a later date, the candidate himself/herself will be solely responsible and his/her
service is liable to be terminated at any time during his/her service.
h) The admission of a candidate at various stages of Exam (Tier-I and Tier-II) will be purely
provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification
at any time before or after Tier-I or Tier-II, it is found that a candidate does not fulfil any of the
eligibility conditions or has provided any false information or submitted any fake documents,
his/her candidature for the said Exam shall be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment
process and thereafter.
i) Candidates are advised to furnish correct information regarding their age, educational
qualification and caste/category (i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM/PwBD) in the application form.
None of the copies of the certificates of age, educational qualifications and caste/category
etc. (attested or otherwise) is required to be attached with the application form at initial stage.
However, if the candidate qualifies in the Tier-I and Tier-II Exam, the same would be required
to be produced by him/her as and when it is asked for.
j) SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM/PwBD candidates may fill up their respective category in the
application form carefully. It is made clear that category once mentioned in the form shall
NOT be changed under any circumstances.

k) Candidates seeking reservation benefits such as SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM/PwBD or any other
relaxation as per the provisions of this notice, must ensure that they are entitled to such
reservation/relaxation. They should also be in possession of the relevant Certificates in the
format prescribed by Government of India (as per Appendix-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) as on
closing date of the Exam in support of their claim.
l) Candidates claiming the benefit of OBC Category should ensure that they belong to OBC
Category as per the notification of the Central Government (Candidates must ensure that
their OBC certificate is in Central Govt. format repeat Central Govt. format) meant for
appointment to the posts under the Government of India (and not as per the State
Government format) and DO NOT belong to the creamy layer. If any candidate qualifies in
the written test, he/she will have to produce the OBC certificate along with the undertaking in
the proforma given at Appendix-I of the advertisement as and when asked for. The
certificate in any other proforma will not be accepted in any case. In case the candidate fails
to submit the certificate in the proforma (Appendix-I of the advertisement) from the
Competent Authority, his/her candidature for the post will be summarily rejected and no
correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
m) The candidates may refer to NCBC website for OBC central list.
n) Any change in category will NOT be entertained in future and the candidature of such
candidate shall be cancelled.
o) Candidates will be required to produce the original certificates/testimonials when called for
Document Verification.
p) Candidates already in Government service or working with PSUs/Autonomous Bodies should
inform their Employer or obtain necessary permission, as the case may be, before applying
for the said post. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Employer is required to be
furnished at the time of Interview, if called for. However, candidates working in PSUs,
Autonomous/Statuary bodies etc. are not eligible for age relaxation.
q) Candidates who have appeared in the Matriculation or other equivalent Exam and whose
results have not been declared by the closing date are not eligible and as such they NEED
NOT apply. The candidature of such candidates will NOT be entertained.
r) Any correspondence with reference to the admission to the test will NOT be entertained.
s) No Travelling Allowance or other expenses will be admissible to the candidates for appearing
in the Exam except to unemployed SC/ST candidates who will be reimbursed the fares as
admissible under the Rules. No cash payment will be made at the time of test or interview.
t) Mobile Phones and other electronic gadgets are banned within the premises of the Exam
centres. The arrangement for safe keeping of valuable/costly items at the venues can not be
assured. Possession of such equipments, even in switched off mode, during the Exam will be
considered as use of unfair means. Candidature of such candidates will be cancelled.
Besides, they will be liable for further action as may be decided by this office.
u) Candidates should verify the particulars filled in the application form, online, carefully before
submitting the same. After submission, NO change in any parameters will be allowed.
v) Candidates are advised to keep ready the following documents in original along with their
attested copies at the time of Document Verification, if called for:
i. Matric/Secondary School certificate or equivalent showing name and date of birth,
ii. Intermediate/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (12th) certificate or equivalent, if acquired,
iii. Degree or Provisional degree and mark sheet of graduation from a recognized university, if acquired,
iv. OBC certificate (Centre Government Format, if applicable, from competent authority in prescribed
proforma, as explained in para 12 (l) above,
v. EWS certificate, if applicable,

vi. SC/ST certificate, if applicable,
vii. NOC from the present employer, if applicable,
viii. Sufficient number of photographs, identical to the one uploaded,
ix. Domicile Certificate issued from the Competent Authority and
x. Certificate/document issued from the competent authority in support of age relaxation, if applicable. (Exservicemen discharge certificate/ Disability certificate for PwBD/ Widow/Divorcee certificate, Meritorious
sportsperson certificate, etc.)
w) Canvassing in any manner and bringing outside influence shall make the candidature liable
for rejection.

 

5) SELECTION OF CANDIDATES:-

a) The candidate has to appear in Tier-I at the centre allotted to him/her of his/her choice of five cities.
There will be negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer. No marks would be awarded for an
un-attempted question. The questions marked as “Mark for Review” by the candidates will not be
considered for evaluation.
b) In order to achieve qualitative selection and recruit the best available talent, there would be cut-off marks
(out of 100) in Tier-I exam as under:
UR-30, OBC-28, SC/ST-25 and EWS-30 (all Ex-servicemen and PwBD would be treated in their
own category viz., UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS).
c) On the basis of their performance and normalization of marks in Tier-I exam, qualified candidates would
be shortlisted for Tier-II @ 10 times the number of vacancies, subject to the condition that the candidate
should have scored minimum cut-off in Tier-I.
d) However, cut-off for Tier-I Exam in different categories may go higher depending upon the marks
obtained by candidates and number of vacancies. Similarly, the criteria of 10 times the number of
vacancies may also remain restricted due to said cut-off in Tier-I.
e) The Tier-II exam is qualifying in nature. The qualifying marks in Tier-II is 20 out of 50.
f) Final merit list would be prepared on the basis of performance in Tier-I exam, provided the candidate is
qualified in Tier-II exam. A waiting list would also be prepared for providing replacement in future, which
will be operative in terms of DoP&T OM No. 41019/18/97-Estt. (B) dated 13.06.2000.
g) The final selection to the post would be further subject to successful completion of Character and
Antecedent verification followed by medical examination, etc.
h) Appointment to the post will be temporary. However, appointment in permanent capacity will depend on
various factors governing permanent appointment in such posts in force at that time.
6) RESOLUTION OF TIE CASES: In the event of tie in score of candidates in Tier-I at the time of
considering for final selection, such cases will be resolved by applying following criteria, one after
another, till the tie is resolved:-
(i) Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher.
(ii)Alphabetical order of names (starting with first name).
7) PROVISION OF COMPENSATORY TIME AND ASSISTANCE OF SCRIBE:
(i) In case of persons with benchmark disabilities in the category of blindness, locomotor disability (both arms
affected-BA) and cerebral palsy, the facility of using their own Scribe at their own cost is admissible, if opted
by the candidate.
(ii) In case of remaining categories of persons with benchmark disabilities, the facility of using own Scribe will be
admissible on production of a certificate at the time of Examto the effect that the person concerned has physical
limitation to write, and Scribe is essential to write Exam on his behalf, from the Chief Medical Officer/ Civil
Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government health care institution as per proforma at Appendix-6.
(iii) The facility of scribe may also be availed by PwD candidates having disability less than 40% and having
difficulty in writing in pursuance to OM No. 29-6/2019-DD-III dated 10.08.2022 issued by Department of

Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The facility may be
availed only on production of certificates as per Appendix-6 (a).
(iv) The facility of using own Scribewill be admissible to the PwBD/PwDcandidates only if he has opted for the
same in the online application form.
(v) The qualification of the Scribe arranged by the candidate should not be more than the minimum
qualification criteria of the examination i.e. Matriculation. The candidates with benchmark disabilities
opting for own Scribe shall be required to submit details of the own Scribe at the time of Exam as per
proforma at Appendix-7. The candidates with disabilities (PwD) eligible for scribe as per para 7(iii)
above and opting for own scribe shall be required to submit details of the own scribe at the time of
examination as per proforma at Appendix-7(a). In addition, the Scribe has to produce a valid ID proof
(Aadhaar Card, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Govt./ PSU Employer ID Card , ID
Card issued by University/ College/ School, Ex-serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence,
Any other photo bearing valid ID card issued by the Central/ State Government.) in original at the time of
Exam. A photocopy of the ID proof of the Scribe signed by the candidate as well as the Scribe will be
submitted along with the proforma at Appendix-7/7(a). If subsequently it is found that the qualification of the
Scribe is not as declared by the candidate, then the candidate shall forfeit his right to the post and claims
relating thereto.
(vi) Own Scribe should not be a candidate of this Exam. If a candidate is detected as assisting another
PwBD/PwDcandidate as Scribe in this Exam, then the candidature of both the candidates will be cancelled.
(vii) A compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of Examwill be provided to the persons who are allowed Scribe
as per Para 7 (i), 7 (ii) and 7(iii) above.
(viii) The candidates referred at Para 7 (i), 7 (ii) and 7(iii) above, who are eligible for Scribe but do not avail the
facility of Scribes will also be given compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of Exam.
(ix) No attendant other than the Scribe for eligible candidates will be allowed inside the Examhall.
(x) One eyed candidates and candidates with very low vision who are able to read the normal Question Paper
set with or without magnifying glass and who wish to write/ indicate the answer with the help of magnifying
glass will be allowed to use the same in the Examhall and will not be entitled to a Scribe. Such candidates will
have to bring their own magnifying glass to the ExamHall.
(xi) The PwBD/PwDcandidates who have availed the facility of Scribes and/or compensatory time must produce
relevant documents for the eligibility of Scribe/ compensatory time at the time of Document Verification.
Failure to produce such supporting documents will lead to cancellation of their candidature for the Exam.

NOTE:

1. The upper age limit in respect of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen
and other special categories of persons etc. shall be relaxable in accordance with the
orders issued by the Government of India from time to time.
2. *Unless otherwise indicated in the recruitment rules, age relaxation as mentioned for
personnel serving in Central/State Government and Autonomous Institutions of Central
& State Govts. and for regular employees of AIIMS who have completed three years of
regular service period will be allowed. This clause is not applicable to AIIMS New Delhi,
AIIMS CAPFIMS, ICMR, JIPMER and Pasteur Institute of India or it may not also be
applicable to any other participating Institute if expressly notified on website.
3. *For AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS CAPFIMS, ICMR, JIPMER and Pasteur Institute of India
unless otherwise indicated in recruitment rules age relaxation as mentioned for
personnel serving in Central Government only who have completed three years of
continuous regular service period will be allowed.
4. In case any of the posts advertised under any group explicitly mention any form of
relaxation (such as age, experience, or qualification) for employees of the respective
organization or AIIMS, such relaxation shall be applicable only for that specific
participating organization/AIIMS, and not across all participating organizations. It is
further clarified that if the Recruitment Rules (RRs) of a participating
organization/AIIMS refer to relaxation applicable to employees of “AIIMS” for any
particular post, the term “AIIMS” shall refer exclusively to that specific participating
organization/AIIMS in relation to that post only, and shall not be interpreted as applying
to all organization/AIIMS institutions collectively. For example, a Post ‘X’ is advertised
for AIIMS-CAPFIMS and Recruitmet Rules of said post ‘X’ has a provision of age relxation
for “AIIMS employees”, “AIIMS employees” means employees of AIIMS-CAPFIMS only
not of AIIMS, New Delhi or any other AIIMS.
5. For AIIMS Bilaspur, the Institute has permitted to allow a relaxation of age up to a
maximum of 05 years in respect of staff working in AIIMS, Bilaspur for the posts which
are in the same line or allied where a relationship could be established that services
rendered will be useful for efficient discharge of the duties in other categories of posts.
The age relaxation will be for one year for each year of completion of
contractual/outsource period engagement at AIIMS, Bilaspur subject to a ceiling of a
maximum of five years.
6. For AIIMS Raipur, the benefit of age relaxation in the upper age limit to the existing
contractual employees in similar positions for the period of they have served at AIIMS
Raipur as on the date of application, up to maximum of five years, which is lower,

in direct recruitments is admissible for the candidates applying for the posts in AIIMS
Raipur.

 

All required certificates must be submitted within due dates as specified in the Important
Dates section of this document, failing which no facilities will be provided on the day of
examination.
8. The applicants have the discretion of opting for his/her scribe or requesting the Examination
Section for the same and should indicate their choice at the time of Completion of the
Application for the Test.
9. In case the applicant opts for his/her own scribe, then additional information related to the
scribe will be sought from the applicant before the examination. The qualification of the
scribe provided by the Examination Section and own scribe will be one step below the
minimum qualification criteria of the Test (i.e. one step below MBBS/ equivalent medical
degree). However, the qualification of the scribe will always be matriculated or below. If
the applicant has opted for his/her own scribe and does not bring own scribe on the day of
the examination, then it will not be possible for AIIMS to arrange a new scribe.
10. If the applicant has opted for his/her own scribe, the Remuneration/Honorarium/TA will be
the applicant’s sole responsibility.
11. The Scribe can render only assistance to the candidate, i.e., reading instructions, test paper
and mouse clicks, if the candidate is not able to do so. Explanation/Interpretation of
question paper is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the candidature.
12. All persons eligible for scribe and/or compensatory as described above shall be provided
compensatory time of not less than 20 minutes per hour of examination. In case the
examination is less than an hour, the duration of compensatory time should be allowed on
a pro-rata basis. Compensatory time should not be less than 5 minutes and should be in
multiple of 5.

SECTION V : APPLICATION FEES
The following fees will be applicable for application in each group of posts as mentioned
ANNEXURE-I.
A) General/OBC Candidates – Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only)
B) SC/ST Candidates/EWS – Rs.2400/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Hundred only)
C) Persons with Disabilities – Exempted
Candidates applying in more than one group have to apply separately for each group by
paying the examination fee separately for each group.
1. The candidate can pay the prescribed application fee through DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/
NETBANKING. Transaction / Processing fee, if any, as applicable, will be payable to the bank
by the candidate.

2. Application fee, once remitted, shall not be refunded under any circumstances even if
rejection of application due to ineligible for that applied post.
3. Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected.
4. Application Fees of SC/ST candidates who appear in the Examination will be refunded in
their source (debited) account after the declaration of results in due course of time.

 

Note:
1. AIIMS reserves the right to introduce Skill Test for any group.
2. For Detail on Skill Test see ANNEXURE- V
3. As the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) is a unified recruitment process for multiple
posts, it is possible that within a particular group, some posts may require a Skill Test as per
the respective Recruitment Rules (RR), while others may not. In such cases, and subject to
other criteria mentioned in the Detailed Recruitment Advertisement (DRA), candidates who
qualify both the Computer Based Test (CBT) and the Skill Test shall be provisionally eligible
for all posts in the group (i.e., both with and without Skill Test requirements). Candidates
who qualify the CBT but do not qualify the Skill Test shall be considered provisionally eligible
only for those posts within the group where a Skill Test is not required. The merit shall be
prepared as per the prescribed rules based on performance in the CBT. Accordingly, a
candidate who does not appear for or fails to qualify the Skill Test shall not be considered
for allocation to posts that require a Skill Test but may be considered for allocation to posts
that do not require it, subject to merit, choice, and applicable eligibility criteria.

 

SECTION X: SKILL Test: As applicable (if any) to respective posts for candidates
qualified in CBT.
A candidate may be eligible for one, more than one or all posts in group subject to eligibility
criteria mentioned in ANNEXURE-I for posts.
For Eligibility means over all eligibility as per applicable rules.
For posts in group where skill test is required the recruitment will be completed in two
stages where Stage I will be written test (CBT or any other mode) on scheme of examination
as applicable for the applicable group and Stage II skill test as applicable to the post. Final
merit in all such cases will be prepared after skill tests of candidates qualified separately for
respective posts.
AIIMS reserve the right to limit the number of candidates Called for skill test as per no. of
posts and number of qualified candidates to be decided after declaration of result of
qualified candidates.
A candidate depending upon posts applied and applicable schemes, may be required to
appear in multiple shifts/days as per schedule to be decided by AIIMS.

PwBD Candidates will have to take the Skill test as applicable where the Scribe can render
only assistance to the candidate, i.e., reading instructions, test paper and mouse clicks, if
