1) The terms and conditions ofthe engagement are as given under:

(D The services will be purely on contractual basis.

The persons engaged shall have
absorption or regularization in
(ii) The person will be engaged on full time basis and w l not be allowed to take up
any other assignment during the period of contractual engagement. (iii) Persons engaged can also be assigned additional tasks apart from the specific tasks
for which they are engaged. (iv) Period of engagement shall be one year with an annual appraisar which mav be
renewed based on requirement of the organization and performance review. (v) The engagement can be discontinued./ terminated with one-month notice or one
month’s salary in lieu thereof by either side without assigning any reason. (vi) No claim ofpensionary benefit on account ofthis contractuar engagement shall be
admissible.

(vii) Prasar Bharati reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of
positions depending on requirement ofthe Organisation.
(viii) Prasar Bharati reserves the right to conduct test and/ or interview ofthe shortlisted
candidates. No TA,/DA etc. will be paid for attending the test/ interview. (ix) candidates are requested to upload complete arJ

या कराराच्या अटी आणि शर्ती खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत:

सेवा पूर्णपणे कराराच्या आधारावर असतील. त्याच्या/तिच्या प्रसार भारती साठी कोणताही अप्रत्यक्ष किंवा स्पष्ट दावा नाही.

नियुक्त व्यक्तींनासमावेश किंवा नियमितीकरण

(ii) व्यक्ती पूर्णवेळ कराराच्या आधारावर नियुक्त केली जाईल आणि कराराच्या कालावधीत इतर कोणतेही काम स्वीकारण्याची परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही. (iii) नियुक्त व्यक्तींना
ज्या विशिष्ट कामांसाठी ते नियुक्त केले आहेत त्याव्यतिरिक्त अतिरिक्त कामे देखील सोपवता येतील. (iv) नियुक्तीचा कालावधी एक वर्षाचा असेल आणि वार्षिक मूल्यांकन असेल ज्याचे
संस्थेच्या आवश्यकता आणि कामगिरीच्या पुनरावलोकनाच्या आधारे
नूतनीकरण केले जाऊ शकते. (v) कोणत्याही कारणाशिवाय दोन्ही बाजूंनी एक महिन्याची सूचना देऊन किंवा त्याऐवजी एक महिन्याचा पगार देऊन करार रद्द केला जाऊ शकतो/समाप्त केला जाऊ शकतो. (vi) या कराराच्या करारामुळे पेन्शनरी फायद्याचा कोणताही दावा
स्वीकारला जाणार नाही.

(vii) प्रसार भारती संस्थेच्या गरजेनुसार पदांची संख्या वाढवण्याचा किंवा कमी करण्याचा अधिकार राखून ठेवते.
(viii) निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांची चाचणी आणि/किंवा मुलाखत घेण्याचा अधिकार प्रसार भारती राखून ठेवते. चाचणी/मुलाखतीला उपस्थित राहण्यासाठी कोणताही टीए,/डीए इत्यादी दिले जाणार नाहीत. (ix) उमेदवारांना विनंती आहे की त्यांनी विनंती केलेल्या कागदपत्रांची संपूर्ण कागदपत्रे अपलोड करावीत. अन्यथा त्यांची उमेदवारी कोणत्याही सूचना न देता नाकारली जाईल. (x) वय / अनुभव / शिक्षण हे एनआयए (समावेशक) जारी करण्याच्या तारखेपर्यंत विचारात घेतले जाईल.
(xi) फक्त निवडलेल्या उमेदवारांशी ईमेलद्वारे संपर्क साधला जाईल.

२. प्रसार भारतीमध्ये वरील अटी आणि शर्तींवर काम करण्यास पात्र आणि इच्छुक असलेले उमेदवार, ज्यांच्याकडे वर दर्शविलेली आवश्यक पात्रता आणि अनुभव आहे, ते पीबी वेबसाइटवर प्रकाशित झाल्यापासून १५ दिवसांच्या आत प्रसार भारती वेब लिंक https://avedan.prasarbharati.org वर ऑनलाइन अर्ज करू शकतात. इतर कोणत्याही पद्धतीने प्राप्त झालेले अर्ज विचारात घेतले जाणार नाहीत. सबमिट करण्यात कोणतीही अडचण आल्यास, कृपया त्रुटीच्या स्क्रीनशॉटसह तुमची चिंता
